  • "How do I get to your Property from the Airport?"
  1. The Airporter bus service meets all flights at the airport and brings guests to our door ($15.00 adult). There is no need to book a seat, as they meet all arriving flights.
  2. Taxis are also familiar with our address - just mention Quest Trinity House. (Between $30-$40)
  3. Coming across the Tasman Bridge keep in the left lane and take the GLENORCHY B36 EXIT to the left immediately before finishing crossing the bridge.  Then travel 2km and take the CITY EXIT to the left (immediately  before the Glenorchy overpass exit).  Travel 2.2km to QUEST TRINITY HOUSE on the left.  Note the signs and turn left into Davenport Street and immediately left into the front entrance.
  • "Do your Apartments have Spa Baths?"

               Large Corner Spa Baths are available in select Apartments.

  • "Do you have Apartments with Wheel Chair Access or Disability Facilities?"

             Yes we have an apartment with Wheel Chair Access and all Disability Facilities.             

  • "Do you have Car Parking? And how much would it cost?"

               One Car Space is available for each Apartment, there is no cost.

  • "Do you have internet facilities from your Apartments?"

                           All of our rooms and apartments have High Speed Wired Broadband Access - brought to you by Azure . They also have a phone line available for the dial-up facility. www.azure.com

  • "How often will my Apartment be serviced?"

               Your room will be serviced daily by our Housekeeping Staff. Linen will be changed on major services weekly. If you require extra services or any extra items - please contact reception. We will not disturb you on Sundays or Public holidays. NOTE: Rooms will not be serviced if the Do Not Disturb sign is placed on the door.

  • "Is Linen provided?"

                 All linen is provided for you, however if you do require any extra items, please feel free to contact reception.

  • "Are there Minibars in all rooms? Can I have it removed if we don't wish to use it?"

                 We do not have Minibars in our Apartments, but a selection of beverages and snacks can be purchased from Reception.

  • "Are there Hair Dryers in the apartments?"

                Yes, all our apartments contain Hair Dryers in the bathroom.

  • "Are there Washing and/or Ironing Facilites in  apartments?"

              All the apartments have Ironing Facilities.  Studio apartments do not have Washing Facilities, but access to a Guest Laundry, all other aprtments have washing facilities.

  • "Are Your Apartments Air Conditioned?"

               Limited Apartments are Air Conditioned.

  • "How long does it take to walk to the city centre?"

              It takes approximately 12-15 minutes to walk to the city centre.

  • "Can I leave my bags for storage"

              We have a secure storage facility for storing bags prior to or after check in.

  • "What do I do if checking in late?"

              If arriving after 9pm dial '9' from either the phone in reception or near the front door and a night security officer will arrive to check you in.
